As Chief Financial Officer and subsequently, Chief Administrative Officer of Confie, I’ve had the opportunity to work directly with Fadi Mamar on various IT infrastructure and software development projects. Fadi fully owned and masterfully executed the breadth of his responsibilities, which included information systems infrastructure, software engineering, network administration, help desk support, telecommunication, and database administration. He was always diligent and planned everything well before execution. Fadi has led IT operations, data migration, and systems consolidation for 15 acquisitions in CA, AZ, NV, and TX.
As a VP of IT, Fadi has served on IT steering committee and engaged with Sr. management team to uncover hidden opportunities to align IT with their business initiatives. He created many IT policies and processes in the fields of security, change management, project management, quality control, and introduced and coached on Agile principles.
